Condition details: In excellent condition. Outside epi leather is in excellent condition with minor signs of wear. Corners and edges are in great condition. Hardware is in great condition with some signs of wear, internal binder is a 6 ring gold colored binder. Clean interior, no foul smell. No peeling.
