Where are you based?

We are based in Illinois, USA. We ship nationally to every state in the US. If you are overseas and would like to make a purchase, please contact us as we can calculate shipping for you.

Are your items authentic?

Yes, all of our items are guaranteed 100% authentic and have been authenticated at many stages of the buying and selling process. 

Can I get a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) with my items?

Yes, we work with 3rd party authenticators and can add on COA's for any item for $25 per item. 

How do I get more information about an item for sale?

We try to be as thorough as we can when creating the listing of each item. We describe the item in detail under condition and provide many images to show the item in full. If, however, you would like even further information, please either fill our the contact form under 'contact' on our site, or DM us on Instagram HERE.

What payment options do you take?

All the payment options we are able to take are listed when you go to cart.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do offer in-house payment plans (layaway) which requires 25% down and 6 weeks to pay in full. For more information please email francesca@lussoandlux.com or DM us on Instagram.

Are your items cleaned?

Once we receive items, we inspect them, authenticate them and clean them if needed.

Are you a registered US business?

Yes we are a registered businesses in Illinois USA.

What brands do you sell?

We sell many luxury brands including... Louis Vuitton, Celine, Fendi, Gucci, Chanel, Hermes, Prada, Dior, YSL, Burberry, Tiffany and Co., Salvatore Ferragamo, Vivienne Westwood, Valentino, Marc Jacobs, Alexander McQueen and more.

Do you offer consignment options?

We help you sell your luxury items yes! If you are interested in consigning with us, please email francesca@lussoandlux.com or send us a DM via Instagram where we will tell you about our rates and consignment services.

How long does processing and shipping take?

We have allocated shipping days which are Tuesday and Friday. If you purchase your items on a Tuesday they will be shipped on Friday, if you purchase after Friday your items will be shipped by the following Tuesday. You will be sent your tracking information once the shipping label has been created. Lusso & Lux are not responsible for lost items during the mailing process.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes

What is your return policy?

All items for sale at Lusso & Lux have a long description and many images to show the full condition. Please note that all items are sold 'AS IS' and all sales are 'FINAL', meaning we do not accept any returns. 

No buyers remorse. Buyer agrees to double check all images, description, dimensions, strap lengths, styles, call out's etc BEFORE making a purchase.
