Refund & Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our unique sourcing and sale of pre-loved and new luxury items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit for any reason.

All items are sold as-is. Pre-loved items may show signs of wear, aging, or prior use unless explicitly stated as new.

Buyer Responsibility.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed all photos, read all descriptions, checked measurements, and accepted the item’s condition as shown. Failure to review or ask questions before purchase does not constitute grounds for a return or dispute.

Live Sale Purchases.
All live sale purchases are legally binding. Claiming, bidding on, or purchasing an item during a live sale constitutes a confirmed purchase and is non-refundable.

Authenticity.
All items are guaranteed authentic at the time of sale. Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) must be purchased prior to checkout if desired. Post-purchase disputes over authenticity will not be honored if the COA was declined or not purchased.

Chargebacks & Disputes.
By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us. All disputes will be challenged using order records, photographs, communications, and evidence that you agreed to these terms.
