Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 is applied at checkout. International shipping is available upon request prior to purchase.

Small Business Shipping Schedule.
As a small business, we ship orders once per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is packed and ready to ship. Please allow time for processing and carrier transit.

Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility.
Once tracking is provided, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. Lusso and Lux LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or damage.

Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation.
Shipping insurance and signature confirmation are available upon request prior to shipment and are strongly recommended for all luxury items. If declined, the buyer assumes full responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Address Accuracy.
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Lusso and Lux LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages.
Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or address errors do not qualify for refunds. Buyers are responsible for any reshipping fees.
