At Lusso and Lux, we've made the layaway process easy by partnering with Partial.ly, a secure payment plan software, enabling you to make purchases in installments and at your own pace without relying on traditional credit.
We offer multiple plans depending on the amount purchased. You can choose to pay at your own pace or on a set schedule.
- For purchases under $1500 there is a small layaway fee of 5%. A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure the items for you and start the layaway, then, you have 6 weeks to pay in full.
- For purchases over $1500 we are happy to reduce the layaway fee to 3% and the non refundable deposit to 20%. For this layaway option the payment term has been extended to 12 weeks to pay in full.
Simply log into your Partial.ly account or click the link in your welcome email to make payments when you choose.
Check your account whenever you need to see remaining balance, amount paid and deadline.
Please note, the non refundable deposit is not an extra fee, 20/30% of the total spent will be taken upfront, reducing your remaining balance. The only fee you pay is 3 to 5%, depending on the amount purchased.
The deposit is non refundable and non transferable, if you change your mind, cancel the payment plan or default on your deadline you forfeit that payment.Once payment has been made in full, your items will be shipped out to you!
