Entrupy Certificate

Every single item we sell is guaranteed authentic, but for that extra peace of mind we are an Entrupy verified seller so we authenticate everything in house and produce certificates of authenticity.

Add this Entrupy COA to your cart for every item that you want to authenticate. These will take up to 48 hours to produce and will be sent to the email address you register with once you make a purchase, it will also be printed out and sent along with your item.

>Authenticity:

All items are 100% authentic and guaranteed authentic! We are an Entrupy verified seller, therefore if you would like a certificate of authentication with this purchase please search COA in the search bar and add the COA to your cart. If you have any issues with authenticity of your items please contact immediately.

> No Returns:

All sales are FINAL, that means that items are non refundable. If you have an issue with any item you have purchased, feel free to reach out to us via email or on Instagram.

>COAs:

Each certificate is $25. Please check each items description carefully as some items have a COA included. Please note that not all brands and items can be authenticated via Entrupy so if you chose to purchase a COA with an item that is not listed through Entrupy a COA from a third party will be sent to you with your item.

>Pre-loved:

All items are preloved/vintage (unless otherwise stated as new), and show some signs of wear and use.

> Flaws:

We try hard to picture every item as best as possible and describe it thoroughly, please note that some items may have unnoticeable flaws that we miss. We cannot know or be held accountable for what is underneath any of the fabric or what is internally inside each item - between fabrics or under hardware for example. We can only describe what we can see, feel and smell. You are buying a pre-loved item that may have hidden flaws, please be aware of this. We cannot be held accountable for what you discover after purchase or after cleaning the item etc, and we cannot be held accountable if elements of the items break when they leave our store and are in your posession.

> Odor:

Please note that everyone has a different tolerance to smells, and storage smells are mainly present with pre-loved items but it will be in the description if these are stronger than normal and/or foul smells etc.

> Colors:

The color of each product may vary slightly from the pictures shown due to lighting and the camera used or the phone/laptop that you view them on due to color levels.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our unique sourcing and the pre-loved and new luxury items being sold, we are unable to offer returns. All sales are final, that means we do not except returns of any kind. Please be sure to look at all pictures carefully, read the description of each item thoroughly and check dimensions. Shipping

We ship to all locations within the USA, currently shipping nationally is a flat $10 fee and will be applied at checkout. If you would like international shipping, please contact us, we have shipped our luxury items all around the world!

Small Business

We are a small business and so have one ship day every Wednesday. You will receive the tracking number to your emails once everything has been packed and is ready to go.
