Condition details: In great condition; outside zucca canvas is in great condition with some minor signs of wear. Edges and corners are in great condition with some signs of wear and rubbing. Leather trim on top and the bottom of the bag have some signs of wear, rubbing and surface scratches. Double leather handles and trim are in great condition with some signs of wear and rubbing throughout, there is some creasing on one of the shoulder straps. Gold toned hardware is in great condition with some signs of wear and rubbing, zipper works well. There is a snap feature on the bottom of the bag to allow you to fold and store. Inside is clean with some signs of wear, no foul smell.

Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud

By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

All chargebacks will be formally disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of authenticity, listing descriptions, photographs, proof of delivery, communication records, and acceptance of these Terms of Purchase.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent purchasing bans and legal action where applicable.

Sales Tax

Small Business Shipping Schedule

We are a small business and ship orders once per week on Tuesdays.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been packed and is ready to ship. Please allow appropriate time for processing and carrier transit.
