This clutch is in great, pre-loved condition, please see all images!

Condition details: In great, vintage condition; outside saffiano leather is in great condition with some signs of wear and rubbing. Corners and edges are in great condition with some signs of wear. Gold tone hardware is in great condition with some signs of wear, magnetic closure and internal zipper work well. Inside is clean with some signs of wear, small crack at the corner of the flap where it opens, no foul smell.

Shipping, Risk of Loss & Insurance

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

Shipping insurance is available upon request prior to shipment and is strongly recommended. If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes full responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

Live Sale Purchases

All live sale purchases are final sale. Claiming or bidding on an item during a live sale constitutes a legally binding purchase.

Verbal descriptions during live shows are supplemental. Final condition and acceptance are based on listing photos and written descriptions.

Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud

By completing a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

All chargebacks will be formally disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of authenticity, listing descriptions, photographs, proof of delivery, communication records, and acceptance of these Terms of Purchase.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent purchasing bans and legal action where applicable.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout in accordance with state and local laws.

We currently ship within the United States. A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 is applied at checkout.

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address information, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned-to-sender packages do not qualify for refunds.

We are a small business and ship orders once per week on Tuesdays.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been packed and is ready to ship. Please allow appropriate time for processing and carrier transit.
